 What a Fabulous Weekend!
We had a wonderful weekend! FFFN was fantastic! Mom came in this weekend and brought with her a yummy, made completely from scratch crust and all, strawberry rhubarb pie. It was so good! My mom is and incredible baker! B and I did our part by making home made vanilla ice cream to go with it and all of us (except for Boo, poor guy!) joined in to eat it.

After dinner we took Brexley to see Brave. It was good but not what I was thinking and the bear scared her. She had come to sit by me and during one of the parts with the bear she said, "Mommy I think I need to leave the movie for a few minutes." We left and came back in and she finished it up. Mom got a nice surprise when we got home because I pulled out a new Biscuit book B hadn't read yet and she read it to all of us. It was great!

Don't worry Brave didn't scare B too bad because the next day she was playing the princess, riding her horse and finding pretend arrows to shoot.

Mom actually came in to spend the whole weekend playing with Brexley (Gammy and Brexley weekend) and that's exactly what they did! It was so nice and it gave Michael and I time together too! We got to go shopping for T-Rex and of course Brexley, have lunch together and then Michael went and bought B the Brave bow and arrow set. She loved it and has not stoped playing with it! We all went to visit the St. Jude's Dream Home and then Mom treated us to Outback. After we put B to bed we finally got to have some time with Mom.

Today was relaxed and we finished up stuff for the week. It was so nice but we were all sad to see Gammy go back home. It is such a blessing to now have both of our parents living close by. Now if only we can get my Dad closer......

We also got to watch the rest of the Olympic qualifiers for Track and Field. Jeff Demps made it to the finals for the 100 but didn't qualify for the Olympics. We were proud of the former Gator who decided not to go into the NFL draft to try for the Olympics. How amazing it is to be so blessed and gifted in two sports. Not only that now he can "fall back" on the NFL!

Oh and this is what B wrote on the bath tub. Mom said she thought of it all on her own and just asked Gammy for help with the spelling. We have decided on Timothy Rex but Brex still wants to name him Timothy Rexford!
